Abstract

Facilitating coordination at the grassroots level between aging and developmental service providers is the best option for serving individuals with developmental disabilities in Santa Cruz County. Agencies currently serving the general aging population and Skills Center Inc. can coordinate within existing programmatic guidelines to create a schedule of services for this population.
