Abstract
As an intern at Sam Karas Acute Rehabilation Unit (SKARU) of Natividad Hospital I have found the majority of patients are stroke victims. These patients have a high risk factor for depression. To help combat depression I have created a support group centered around communication, sharing, learning and expression.
