Abstract
This project entails the re-creation of a confidentiality orientation video for Monterey County's Department of Social & Employment Services. It aims to improve quality service delivery by training employees to properly safeguard client's confidential information. The video was evaluated through pre and post surveys. Findings show that the new confidentiality orientation video is more effective in preparing new employees to handle client's confidential information.
