Abstract
Students attending junior high schools within Monterey County lost after school educational programs due to current budget cuts in California. This capstone describes the adaptation of an after school program called Strengthening Families. Utilizing pre and post surveys the capstone evaluated the program's efforts in an attempt to seek additional funding.
