Abstract

Santa Cruz County Human Resource Agency, In Home Support Services (IHSS) department asked their intern to create a presentation used as a community outreach tool to promote and educate people on the services provided by IHSS. The agency also wanted the intern to produce a desk reference for new social workers to help them get acquainted with IHSS policy and procedure.
