Abstract
This literature review examines the Migrant Education Program and the benefits it offers for students educational needs. The readers will get informed about the needs of the migrant kids as well as some of the challenges migrant students face in their education. The formation of the Migrant Education Program and the eligibility criteria will be presented to give a better understanding about the beneficial services it provides for the migrant students. In prospect it will focus on programs and services offered by the migrant education program as well as positive achievements brought onto the migrant students' educational system.
