Abstract
This project is intended to increase the awareness of child obesity among parents in the Alisal community. For this project I will be working with the Alisal Healthy Start Program in Salinas to educate parents about the epidemic we are currently facing on child obesity. For this project I will be attending different adult classes to inform parents about the issue. My goal for the project would be to increase the awareness of child obesity and so parents can help their children.
