Biography
Jay Dee is a first generation Asian American who immigrated from Cambodia when he was young. He is also the proud owner of a gourmet grilled cheese shop, Cheesy Express, located in the Mission Beach area of San Diego, California. His establishment offers a variety of gourmet grilled cheeses inspired by different ethnic flavors to cater to his customers’ tastes.
