Abstract

This capstone project is designed to motivate others involved in the Child Abuse Response Team Protocol by promoting a shared vision on understanding and following the CART Protocol. This capstone project includes a power point presentation on a CD which will be used as part of Law Enforcement's training, thus will enable everyone to have a better understanding on the CART Protocol.
