Abstract
Being a First Generation Freshman can be frustrating, confusing, and overwhelming but with the help of EOP many students learn to create affective time Management skills and Organization Skills. Freshman year does not have to be scary and filled with procrastination, allowing yourself to create that small space of time where You can maintain yourself organized is very beneficial throughout your years at California State University, Monterey Bay and in the Educational Opportunity Program.
