Abstract
Many college students face struggles with time management skills, particularly with college courses, online learning, and balancing their work schedules. Not having time management skills can result in students losing focus, falling behind in class, and eventually failing or completely dropping out. When students begin to grasp the understanding of time management skills, they have more of an opportunity to be more successful in their college careers and future career options. To address the lack of time management skills, I have created a 1-2 hour interactive Zoom session on time management for college students working in the Registrar and Admission office from California State University, Monterey Bay to help provide them with the criteria necessary for success.
