Abstract
This project was conducted at the Monterey County Free Libraries in support of the Monterey County Health Department: The Nutrition and Fitness Collaborative of the Central Coast to increase knowledge, skills and attitudes among preschoolers, and their families or care providers about healthy eating, and physical activity.
