Abstract
This capstone project is about how Spanish morning radio shows impact the Latino Community and the influence they have on the way our community lives. These programs promote stereotypes of women and enforce machismo; instead of promoting education to help our community succeed and increase the number of Latinos in professional jobs and in higher education.
