2013 - Protective Elevations to Control Sea Water Intrusion in the Salinas Valley, Geoscience for Monterey County Water Resources Agency
Description
This report prepared in support of preventing revocation of State of California Division of Water Rights Permit 11043 addresses one of the potential beneficial uses, that is, using the diverted water to help increase ground water levels in the Pressure and East Side Subareas to control seawater intrusion. The high quality diverted water would also result in improvement of ground water quality by blending with native ground water.
