Abstract
The MCHOME Program Client Handbook and Client Association were created with the hopes that clients participating in the MCHOME Program could use it to better their stay at MCHOME by having a better understanding of the rules and regulations, while also giving the clients a chance to be more in control of their lives during their transition from homelessness to permanent housing.
