Abstract

This capstone project takes the form of a contextual autobiography and also a booklet that is meant to be used in our community to inspire curiosity and confidence in women's inherent ability to birth un-medicated. I have included an annotated resource section from which I have drawn much of my information/inspiration. I believe that empowered birthing can change women's lives and affect whole communities.
