Abstract
Superheroes are more than just their superhero abilities. They are representations of individual and societal traumas experienced by many in our universe. By studying superheroes we may critically develop new methods of therapy to aid in the healing process to traumatic experiences. Through this, individuals may find their own superpower and aid others in the discovery of theirs.
