Abstract
This paper attempts to educate children in middle childhood about three different elements of healthy lifestyles: nutrition, physical activity, and rest. This project also serves to nurture children's curiosity and accountability for their own physical well-being as well as how it can impact their cognitive and/or emotional development. This paper uses the Bronfenbrenner's ecological system theory to support their claims.
