Abstract
Peer relationships play a critical role in the experiences we as human beings face daily, that is especially the case for college students who are in a stage of development where relationships play an even greater role. Relationships have an impact on the support individuals receive, leading to an impact on the quality of life. This paper emphasizes the need for college students to understand the necessity of positive peer relationships during their time pursuing higher education using Erik Erikson’s Stages of Psychosocial Development to support this claim. Additionally, to address this need, the project was intended to inform college students about peer relationships, why they are necessary, and how to maintain positive relationships.
