Abstract
My capstone analyzes why there should be a law against US Domestic Terrorism, just like there is against International terrorism: I focus on three different concepts including race, media, and the way law enforcement conducts their investigations. I use a variety of case studies as I am not just focused on one specifically. Through my findings I am able to distinguish between the treatment of International Terrorists and what many would consider Domestic Terrorists. Show that what they both do is very similar and be combated the same from a legal standpoint.
