Abstract
This project addresses childhood obesity through a resource compiled of healthy lifestyle ideas suggested by parents of Santa Cruz Head Start that will be shared with other parents in order to empower them to adopt healthy behaviors and to provide a healthy environment for their children to reduce childhood obesity.
