Abstract
This project was conducted at the Boys and Girls Club of Monterey County in support of the Monterey County Health Department; The Nutrition and Fitness Collaborative of the Central Coast to increase knowledge, skills, and attitudes among young girls about healthy life style choices of body image, self-esteem, healthy eating, and physical activity.
