Abstract
For my senior capstone project, I wanted to focus on the effects that teacher burnout has on university students and whether or not it can be reversed. Teacher burnout, or teachers who become too tired or overwhelmed with their work and no longer care about teaching their students, is a common issue among elementary school teachers through high school teachers along with a few college professors. Through my research, I have found that though students have felt the effects of teacher burnout, they were able to reverse them with the help of time and teachers who cared about them and their education. My goal for this project is to help future teachers realize how they can affect their students and how they can help students who have had teachers who were burned out previously.
