Abstract
A great problem the education system is having is teacher burnouts. Due to the high stress levels of teachers they soon leave the profession causing the increase of teacher attrition. A common way to address this issue is to find simple and convenient ways to relieve stress in the classroom environment without causing student attention. The ideals that were created out of this effort were a decrease in stress levels for the teachers and low level of student behavior in class that leads to teacher stress. Outcomes that have come to the surface were the more positive outlook on the day from the teachers that causes a better learning environment.
