Abstract
The capstone explores the nutritional quality of fast food and how it affects the physical health of school age children's health. The following areas of research included: frequency of fast foods consumed, excess energy intake, and children's taste preferences. The paper reports physical health risks and complications that are linked to frequent consumption of fast food. The goal of this literature review is too make educators, parents, and children aware of the harmful consequences that fast food consumption has on a child's health.
