Abstract
The quality of education is not where it should be, so as a result, students who are emotionally disturbed are not receiving an adequate and effective education. Such inadequacy and ineffectiveness does not only affect students and their families, but it will affect society as a whole in the future. Research has been done to find what programs have done to provide an effective education for these students. Interviews were also conducted to see what local professionals were facing in their programs, and what they thought should be done to help these students receive an effective education. Based on the research and interviews, the researcher was able to implement a plan to help a local teacher with her frustrations.
