Abstract
The purpose of this research is to see how teachers could help English Language Learners (ELLs) succeed academically. Teachers face challenges when teaching English Language Learners and struggle finding a solution to help students out. The challenges teachers face become a barrier to help educate ELLs. In this research we will see some ways on how we could help English Language Learners and teachers. We will collect information by attending an ELLs and Bilingual program class. I will observe how teachers struggle but, also look at ways that they can overcome the problem and see how students can increase their academics. The information we gather will be helpful for future teachers to overcome with any struggle in teaching ELLs students and motivating them to improve their English. They will be able to collect information for themselves and also on how ELLs students could have successful academics through their school years.
