(Eng): In the 1970s there were numerous efforts throughout the United States and internationally to improve the working condition of poor and working class individuals. The articles at the top focuses on efforts and events that took place in Illinois, New York, and Washington D.C. They focused on workers oppression and the oppression that the United States was causing in Vietnam. The articles that follow focus on events that took place aboard in Latin America. They focus on the end of Vietnam, the efforts of Chilean people to create programs to help them with food insecurities, and there is a small paragraph focused on workers enslavement aboard.
