Materials related to Dr. Armando Arias' involvement in the founding and development of California State University, Monterey Bay, as well as academic and administrative documents from Dr. Arias' role as the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dean of Social and Behavioral Sciences, and Dean of Arts Humanities and Creative Technologies during 1994 to 1999. This material consists almost exclusively of subject files Dr. Arias maintained during this time, but also includes published reports, catalogs, and binders.
