Photograph of an interior mural in Bldg. 2854, 1st floor, middle room, west side door, 21.25" wide x 16" high. This mural depicts an unfinished unit shield of the 325th Infantry Regiment. The white temple represents the state of Georgia where the unit was organized, the blue disc under the building represents the 82nd Division where the personnel came from. Only the columned building with the blue disc is worn on the shoulder sleeve of unit personnel. The blue Lorraine Cross represents the location where the regiment served in World War I. Below the Lorraine Cross on the scroll, the regiment motto Lets Go would be printed. It is unknown what was to be printed on the long top and bottom scrolls outside the shield.
