Photograph of an interior mural in Bldg. 1025, near 1st Street, 12" wide x 17" high. The large reflective emblem is mounted on the inside lobby entrance to the Investigation Unit. The building had 2 jail cells on the first floor; the second floor had interrogation rooms with 2-way mirrors.
