Description

This is a photograph of an empty POW remembrance memorial in my hometown. Attendance has been limited due to COVID-19, and the place has taken on an even more haunting and desolate atmosphere since the start of the pandemic. This photograph is about remembering our struggling ancestors and what they went through to bring us here.
