Patent granted pursuant to Indian Allotment – General (24 Stat. 388). All eight Indian Allotment land patents in San Luis Obispo (granted pursuant to the 7^th clause of the second article of the treaty of September 30, 1854, with the Chippewa Indians of Lake Superior and the Mississippi) were cancelled between 1875 and 1880.
