Abstract
Many adolescents struggle with social skills and may be unaware of how to start and sustain healthy relationships. Without effective social skills, they may have difficulty forming long-lasting relationships and may experience feelings of isolation and loneliness. Developing these social skills can lead to greater emotional well-being, confidence, and future success. Therefore, I have created a one-day workshop for adolescents who attend the Village Project Inc. in Seaside, California.
