Abstract

Children come in contact with many germs throughout the day, which often leads to colds as well as other illnesses. In order to help with preventing the spread of germs among 3 to 5 year olds, I will be conducting a lesson about disease prevention and the importance of washing their hands. I will display images of washing hands and I will also ask them general questions about germs. I will be conducting my research at the child development center on the campus of Cal State Monterey Bay.
