Abstract
Transnational corporations are actors that carry on the globalization process. Transnational corporations use neoliberal practices to run their corporations. The use of these neoliberal practices has caused a global phenomena of exploitation. This report analyzes the effects of neoliberal practices through a case study of maquiladoras in Mexico.
