Abstract

Within recent years, the chances of a child being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) has increased dramatically. However, typical parents may be unaware of the early signs of ASD and the range of services available for children with ASD. To address the lack of awareness of early detection and intervention programs, I created an online lesson about autism early intervention services available for children with ASD for CSUMB students.
