Abstract
Human Development courses do not offer much information on how HDFS students can help family caregivers improve their emotional and mental health. I created a narrated powerpoint workshop for HDFS students to bring more awareness on about the health risks family caregivers experience and techniques that improves emotional and mental health. In the end of the online workshop, there was a short assessment designed for HDFS students to bring more awareness and gain more knowledge about the health risks and what techniques help reduce those health risks.
