Abstract
Children with special needs often lack physical activity in their daily lives. Along side of physical activity their health concerns could increase. Implementing physical activity in these children's lives early on is key to their health and future, but no matter what age you start it is never too late. The following project works to implement physical activity in these children's lives, beginning with a 3 day workshop on baseball skills. All students with special needs at Highland Elementary are included in this activity.
