Abstract

The project of my Senior Capstone is to strengthen and solidify the focus and function of the Monterey Co. Adult Protective Service's Multi-Disciplinary Team. With the knowledge I have gathered researching MDT theory and practices, and the willingness of MDT members, I have initiated the formalization and expansion of the MDT.
