Abstract
This senior capstone research project investigates the importance of educating our pre-service, in-service, and future teachers with different techniques and strategies that may help better manage the aggressive behaviors for elementary school students. This study examines what aggressive behavior is and what research says about how teachers manage aggression behavior. Through use of literature review and interviewing with some faculty, this project sheds light on how educators use different techniques and strategies on managing aggressive behavior of their elementary school students.
