Abstract
As people age, they begin to lose the activity in their day to day lives that they need. Research is presented looking at how Physical Education is implemented, the problems with Physical Education and the benefits of Physical Education. The researcher looked at different motivational strategies that improved Physical Education and reviewed different strategies. Moreover, the researcher asked a variety of eighth-grade students what their daily physical activity looks like and how their Physical Education program supports and motivates their physical activity. Based upon their answers, the researcher developed a lesson plan in order to give the students options and opportunities to better their daily physical activity.
