Abstract
Bullying is a huge issue that has been in schools for several years. Bullying can cause mental and physical damage to students. Even though there are various ways to repair the problem, getting teacher involved with intervention is a great successful tool. The objective of this project is to give teachers tools and information on how to stop bullying within their school. Research shows that class meetings as well as individual meeting were the major component to creating a friendly classroom. These meeting are there for the teacher to discuss daily conflicts between students. This project identified the bullies at Del Rey Woods Elementary and did fun activities with them, to show them the dangers of bullying and how important it is to stop bullying. Through this project I was able to get the students aware of bullying while changing their attitude towards bullying, as well as creating a safe classroom for the students.
