Description
Paul Richmond was born in Columbus, Ohio in 1980. Paul moved to Monterey in August 2016 because his husband was hired as a nurse practitioner. Art is his biggest passion and he has used it as a way to find and express his identity. Paul is an LGBTQ activist and co-founder of anti-bullying You Will Rise Project, empowering victims of bullying to create and share artwork about their experiences. Paul is very interested in how to utilize art and various community projects to raise awareness about diversity, marriage equality, trans rights, and other important causes.
