Abstract
This Capstone Project addresses the relative caregiver population of Kinship Center's Family Ties Program and their plight to attain legal permanency with kin nor near kin. The Capstone Project was to create a pamphlet with information which will, hopefully, increase the number of caregivers knowledgeable enough about the legal permanency process that they are and able to complete the work required to have "parental rights" of the child(ren) for whom they are caring.
